Hail Province is a region in northern Saudi Arabia, historically associated with the Rashidi emirate and the poet Hatim al-Tai.

Hail Province (Arabic: منطقة حائل) is a region in the north of Saudi Arabia. Its capital is the city of Hail.
History
Hail was the seat of the Rashidi emirate, which ruled much of northern Arabia from the mid-nineteenth century until its defeat by the forces of Ibn Saud in 1921. The region is associated with the legendary pre-Islamic poet Hatim al-Tai.
