Das Projekt

NEOM deckt ein großes Gebiet der Provinz Tabuk am Roten Meer und am Golf von Aqaba ab. Es umfasst mehrere Teilprojekte, am bekanntesten ist The Line, eine geplante lineare Stadt, sowie ein schwimmender Industriekomplex und ein Bergtourismusziel.

Ambitionen

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, internationale Investitionen anzuziehen und neue Sektoren wie erneuerbare Energien, Biotechnologie, fortschrittliche Fertigung und Tourismus zu entwickeln. Es handelt sich um eines der größten und ambitioniertesten Entwicklungsprojekte der Welt.
