Die Entwicklung
Das Projekt umfasst Hotels, Resorts und Wohnanlagen auf mehreren Inseln und im Landesinneren. Ziel ist es, internationale Touristen anzulocken und das Königreich als luxuriöses Tourismusziel zu etablieren.
Nachhaltigkeit
Das Projekt soll vollständig mit erneuerbarer Energie betrieben werden und die Korallenriffe und Meereslebewesen der Region schützen, indem ein bedeutendes Gebiet als Schutzgebiet ausgewiesen wird.
