ホフーフ (アラビア語: الهفوف) は、サウジアラビア東部州の都市であり、アルアハサーオアシス最大の集落です。アルアハサは世界最大の自然オアシスの 1 つであり、ユネスコの世界遺産に登録されています。

アルアハサオアシスは、200 万本以上あるナツメヤシの木と、泉と運河の伝統的な灌漑システムで有名です。この都市は王国のデーツ産業の中心地です。

ホフーフには、カイサリヤマーケット、ジャワタモスク、イブラヒム宮殿などの史跡が数多くあり、周囲のオアシスとその遺産への玄関口となっています。
