A Arábia Saudita está dividida em treze regiões administrativas, desde a vasta Província Oriental até ao montanhoso sudoeste, cada uma com a sua própria capital e governador.

A Arábia Saudita está dividida em treze regiões administrativas (árabe: مناطق, manatiq). Cada região é chefiada por um governador nomeado pelo Rei e é dividida em províncias.
As regiões
As regiões são Riad, Makkah, Medina, Província Oriental, Asir, Tabuk, Al-Qassim, Hail, Jazan, Najran, Fronteiras do Norte, Al-Bahah e Al-Jawf.
Maior e menor
A Província Oriental é a maior em área, cobrindo a costa do Golfo e seu interior, enquanto Jazan é a menor. A província de Riade é a mais populosa, contendo a capital nacional.
Administração
Cada região tem uma capital e é administrada por um governador e um conselho regional. O sistema foi estabelecido em sua forma moderna na década de 1990.
