알 울라
알 울라는 사우디아라비아 북서부의 고대 오아시스로 헤그라의 나바테아 무덤이 있는 곳이자 비전 2030에 따른 문화 관광의 중심지입니다.
개요
알 울라(아랍어: العلا)는 사우디아라비아 북서쪽 마디나 주에 있는 오아시스 마을입니다. 이곳은 페트라 남쪽의 가장 큰 나바테아 정착지이자 왕국 최초의 유네스코 세계문화유산인 헤그라(마다인 살리)가 있는 곳입니다.
역사
알울라(Al-Ula)는 향 무역로의 중요한 거점이자 고대 다단(Dadan) 왕국과 이후 리히안(Lihyan) 왕국의 수도였습니다. 나바테아인들은 1세기에 헤그라의 기념비적인 암석 무덤을 건설했습니다.
관광
알울라(Al-Ula)는 비전 2030에 따라 마라야(Maraya) 콘서트 홀, 탄토라 겨울(Winter at Tantora) 축제, 샤란 자연보호구역(Sharaan Nature Reserve) 등을 갖춘 주요 문화 관광지로 개발되었습니다.
